Join the PACA Paceliners road riding group for a quick tutorial on one of the most common yet frustrating fixes you'll ever have to do to your bike. That's right, there's a right way and a million wrong ways to change your tube, and the right way is quick and efficient. Geoff Prowse, co-owner of the Bike Barn, will run you through. Bring your own bike, tubes and tools. If you don't have them, feel free to buy them at the Barn. This is being provided by donation.

Decompress after the Shakin' Off the Dust Spring Enduro with a fun evening at Slackwater Brewing. Thanks to Oneup Components, PACA is bringing you a short film premiere of Airplane Mode, a 10 minute documentary of what has quickly become one of Squamish's iconic trails. What your ticket gets you: Airplane Mode Premiere Draw Prizes ($1200 worth of Oneup Components, a Swagman bike rack, etc) A beer (again, thanks to Oneup!) Optional Urban Bike Cruise @ 7:00-8:00 All proceeds go to PACA, supporting Penticton's cycling culture. $20 for PACA members. $22 for non-members.

You know the routine: Pedal up. Ride down. Pedal up. Ride down. Repeat. But lucky for you all of this is going to take place on some of the most unique and entertaining riding terrain in the Interior of B.C. Are you game? Of course you are! PS - Carry spare tubes. :-) Chip pickup opens at 8:00 There's no short course, sorry. Pedal from town as there is limited parking (Do Not park on Riddle Road) Centre of Operations is Origin Winery @ 1268 Riddle Road. Riders are encouraged to ride the KVR from town. You must agree to this waiver during registration

PACA is offering a 3 day Intermediate MTB Skills Clinic for riders who would like to solidify the fundamentals of mtb'ing and take their skills to the next level. With a PMBIA Certified MTB Instructor, participants will take their skills to more technical terrain and learn some basic maneuvres (aka tricks) Space is limited, group is capped at 6 riders!    Friday evening will be at a field/open area, location TBA 6-8pm Saturday and Sunday locations will be in the trails, location to be determined by the instructor based on the skill level of the group (Likely Three Blind Mice) 10-2pm'ish   PACA Membership Required

PACA and the Bike Barn are offering multiple sessions of 6-week mountain bike programs for your little (or not so little) rippers. Participants will work on progressive skill development with an emphasis on both fun and safety (yes, you can do both!). Three skill levels: Strong beginning/Intermediate*, Intermediate**, Advanced*** Thursday evenings: July 7 - August 11 Each skill group is limited to 6 participants Ages 10 and up (Unless special permission by instructor) Mechanically sound mountain bikes with DISC brakes required * Strong Beginner/Intermediate: Must have some single track experience. Experience riding the 3 Blind Mice recommended. **Intermediate: Must be comfortable on Blue trails and riding in the 3 Blind Mice ***Advanced: Must have lots of single track experience including Black Diamond level trails. Location will always be in the Three Blind Mice, meeting at Rust Muffler at 545pm, ready to pedal for 6pm!

AL'PACAS Summer Beginner Youth Skills Sessions Thse sessions are for novice and beginner riders wanting to learn the fundamentals of mountain biking.  The camp will be with a PMBIA Certified Mountain Bike Instructor and will take place on Campbell Mountain. All riders must have a mechanically sound mountain bikes (disc brakes, functioning gears) and know how to ride a bike.  Ages 8-10 (Age exceptions can be made, please email us) Sessions will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 12pm. We will meet at Campbell Mountain Yellow Gate at 945 and ride from there.  Pleasure ensure kids have plenty of water, snacks, spare tube, and appropriate outdoor gear for the weather.  Helmets mandatory and knee and elbow pads highly recomended.

Join the Bike Barn and PACA instructors (PMBIA certified) to get your mountain biking off on the right wheel. For six consecutive Monday evenings you'll be guided through skills based activities and riding, learning how to get the most out of your mountain bike. Come hone your skills and enjoy the fabulous trails that the south Okangan has become famous for. Space is limited. PACA No-Drop Group Road Rides Registration To register for the 2022 cycling season, start by choosing the level that best describes your skills: Beginner – I started road riding this season or last, and have never ridden in a group. I can comfortably ride 30km at an average pace of 20–23km/hr. Lower Intermediate – I have been road riding for 1+ years. However, I usually ride solo, or in groups of 2 or 3 at most. I can comfortably ride 30–50km at an average pace of 23–25km/hr. Intermediate – I’m an experienced road rider and ride often in groups of more than 3 riders. I can comfortably ride 50–80km at an average pace of 24–28 km/hr. Advanced – I’m a very experienced rider. I can comfortably ride 80+ km and 25–30+km/hr. Questions?
